SBI UK Ltd offers foloowing typesof fund-based loan.
1. Secured Business Loans.
The bank offers customers financing for future growth, secured against their existing business and immovable properties. The underlying businesses may be across segments like Hotels/Restaurants, Student Accommodation, Care Homes etc. The business cash flows provide for the loan to be serviced and the facility is typically refinanced at the end of the tenure. While the loan facility would benefit from having a tangible security of immovable property, the performance of the loan is primarily dependent on the business continuing to generate cash flows. The loans are offered for 5 years.
2. Commercial Mortgages.
We can support property investors with mortgages on commercial units, office or residential blocks, warehouses, doctor’s surgeries, etc.

The business is targeted at property developers with capability of developing residential & commercial real estate. The deals can be bilateral, club or syndicated. Transactions can have a maturity period of up to 30 months.
4. Corporate Loans
SBI UK Ltd offers secured lending facilities to Corporates on a case to case basis.
